Obituary for Robert “Bob” Boyes Robert “Bob” Boyes, age 72, of Wooster, entered into rest, Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at Life Care Hospice in Wooster where he was surrounded by his loving family. He was born on April 4, 1946 in Rittman, Ohio to Cecil and Morrel Lee (Dixon) Boyes and has been a Wayne County resident for all of his life. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict.

Robert married Joan Elizabeth Hoff on April 17, 1971 in Wooster. She survives. He had worked for PSC Metals, LLC.

in Wooster for 50 years. He was a member of Highland Church Of God and enjoyed watching his favorite TV show, “Mash”. In addition to his beloved wife, he is survived by his children, Michael T. Boyes of West Salem, Oh.

, Brian K. (Tracey) Boyes of Medina, Oh. , Michele E. (Zed) Wright of Eustis, Fl. and Crystal D. Boyes of Wooster, Oh.

; 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; a brother, David L. Boyes of Wooster. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a sister, Louise Bonnett and a brother, Charles Cecil Boyes. Services will be Saturday, 11:00 a.m. at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home in Wooster with Pastor Mark McCord officiating.

Entombment will follow the services at Sherwood Memorial Gardens in Wooster. Visitation will be Friday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Custer-Glenn Funeral Home in Wooster is honored with serving the family.
