OBITUARY Robert Eugene Mantle October 4, 1939 – January 14, 2019 Robert (Bob) Mantle born October 4, 1939 in Wadsworth, Ohio, was called to his heavenly home January 14, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents Marion & Edith Mantle, Brothers Dale, Albert, and Don and Sister JoAnne, stepson Bobby Dennis. Bob is survived by wife Glenda of the home, son Tim Mantle, daughter Gail Shannon, and stepdaughter Patti Dennis; five grandchildren: Crystal, Kelsie, Justin, Judd and Jakob; and 4 great-grandchildren: Easton, Jaxon, Aria, and Gunner.

Bob was saved and baptized at the Main Street Baptist Church in Wadsworth, Ohio. He was called to the Lord’s ministry in 1963, and graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield Missouri. During his ministry he planted Churches in Missouri, Indiana and was a pastor in Oklahoma.

Bob also worked for the City of Midwest City, sold real estate for Abide, Prudential and Remax. He loved his church family at First Baptist Church Choctaw where he taught a men’s class and also taught the book of Revelation and many other topics from God’s Word! His desire was to be a blessing to his Savior and to others.
