Obituary for Robert F. Shaw Print Robert F. Shaw, age 81, passed away February 24, 2019 in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born in Clarksburg, WV to the late Andrew and Emma Shaw. Robert worked for S.S. Kresge/Kmart as a store manager and later as a buyer at the corporate level.

He proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Army. Robert was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, and an active volunteer with the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo and Embassy Theater. He was an avid sports fan.

Robert is survived by his son, Andrew (Denise) Shaw of Fort Wayne; 3 grandchildren, Courtni Lothamer, Kyle (Kalynn) Shaw, and Dillan Maples; 4 great-grandchildren, Jasmyn, Dakota, Lincoln, and Remington; his sister, Frances Sinsel; and several nieces and nephews. Robert was also preceded in death by his wife, Jaqueline Shaw; children, Denise, Karen, and Edward Shaw; and his brother, Andrew Shaw II. Services will be held at a later date.
