Obituary for Robert G. Moir Robert G. Moir, 56, of Millcreek, passed away on Tuesday October 23, 2018 at UPMC Hamot. He was born in Pompton Plains, NJ on September 5, 1962 a son of Robert S. and Sara J. Greeley Moir. Robert graduated from Pompton Lakes High School in 1980 and worked as a truck driver with C.A. Curtze Co. for 28 years.
He was a member of the Teamsters Local #397 and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. In addition to his parents survivors include one daughter, Lindsay Moir; two sons, Aaron Moir and his wife, Amber, and Jon Moir; four grandchildren, Xydias, Haven, Oceanus, and Isaac and one soon to be born granddaughter, Isla; one sister, Katherine Hill and her husband, Alan; and one niece, Kyla. Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd.
, on Thursday from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.. Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
