Robert’s Obituary Robert J. Yochum passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Willingboro, NJ at the age of 69. Born in Philadelphia and raised in Levittown, Robert attended the former Delhaas High School and was a member of Saint Andrew Catholic Church in Newtown. For over 50 years, Robert was self-employed as a siding contractor.

Most important to him was the love of his family and working hard to provide for them. By his work ethic, Robert instilled in his children the true meaning of what it means to care for everyone. He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan.

Robert is the father of the late Kevin and Michael Yochum. He is the loving husband of 33 years to Fran (Borman) and the loving father of Robert Yochum (Amy), Heather Yochum (Joseph Barner), Timothy Yochum (Carol), Kyle Yochum (Allyson), Christine Gallen (Jeff Lister), William Borman (Jacqueline), Robert Borman, and Richard Borman (April). Robert is the devoted grandfather of 26; proud great grandfather of 3; and brother of Marlene Rearick (Craig), Theresa Yochum, Douglas Yochum, Richard Bonfig (Debbie), Thomas Bonfig (Kathy), William Bonfig (Leanne) and Joseph Bonfig (Barbara).

He will also be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Robert was predeceased by his parents, Doris F. (Kennelly) and Julius F. Yochum; and his sisters, Peggy Yochum and Jennie Rae Oxley. Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, May 20, 2019 from 10:00 until 11:30 am at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, 81 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA 18940, where his funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:30 am.

Interment will be held privately. Memorial contributions in Robert’s name may be made to Saint Andrew Church at the above address.
