Robert L. Agler, 55, of Van Wert died Tuesday evening, June 26, 2018 in Van Wert. He was born May 20, 1963 in Van Wert to Rebecca (Smitley) Mumma of North Fort Myers, Florida and the late Ned E. Agler. Rob was a skilled wood-working craftsman who worked in construction for many years.

After graduating from Van Wert High School he enlisted in the United States Navy where he served his country honorably. Rob loved riding his motorcycle. In addition to his mother, Rob is survived by his step father, Jim Mumma; his aunt and uncle, Brenda and David Welker of Edgewater, Florida; brothers, Patrick N. (Monica) Agler of Rockford, Ohio and Andrew Agler of Portland, Oregon; a special niece, Amy Jo Agler and many other nieces, nephews, 2 great nephews, and cousins.
