Robert’s Obituary Robert L. “Bob” Wells, age 87, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday, February 8, 2019. A Requiem Mass will be held at 11:00 am at Church of the Magdalen Catholic Church on Friday, February 15, 2019. Bob was born in Kansas City, MO on February 6, 1932.

He was preceded in death by mother and father, Otis and Naomi Wells; sister, Mary Ann Bishop; brother, Brad Wells; son, Michael; grandson, Robert; great-grandson, Benjamin. Survived by his wife, Betty M. Wells of 49 years; daughters, Diane (Jack) States, Paula (Mike) Patterson, Cynthia (Robert) Hisle, Elaine (Jerry) Short; son, Brian Wells; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. Served in the Navy 4 years during Korean conflict.

Bob was President of Western Lithograph Co. and served on boards of WAM, Junior Achievement, Wichita Crime Commission, and Printing Industries of America. Memorials have been established with: American Heart Association, 1861 N. Rock Rd. #380, Wichita, KS 67206; Phoenix Hospice, 3450 N. Rock Rd.
