Robert’s Obituary Robert “Bob” L. Dunstan, 71, passed away Thursday, January 17, 2019. He was born February 4, 1947 in Chicago, IL to the late Jack and Ruth Dunstan and grew up in St. Louis, MO. He received his Mechanical Engineering degree from Purdue University and worked many years as a self-employed contractor.

Later in life he worked at Purdue University and retired from there in 2017. Bob loved baseball, especially the St. Louis Cardinals, golf and was a Boilermaker through and through. He is survived by his long-time companion, Carol Horan, her son, Isaac Horan, his siblings, John (Jo) Dunstan of Bloomington, MN, Jim (Wendy) Dunstan of Walnut Creek, CA and Marianne (Tim) Brady and Joanne Dunstan both of Webster Groves, MO.

He is also survived by four nephews and a niece. He is preceded in death by a nephew. Friends may call from 4:00 pm until the time of the service at 6:00 pm on Monday, January 21, 2019 at Soller-Baker West Lafayette Chapel, 1184 Sagamore Parkway W. West Lafayette.
