Robert’s Obituary Robert McKinsey James, 25, of Topeka, died March 16, 2019. He was born in Lawrence, Kansas on October 5, 1993 the son of James Howard James and Bently Jolene McKinsey. Robert attended Washburn Rural where he had been involved in Baseball, Basketball and Football.

He loved sports and his dogs. He attended Grace Community Church and had been active in their youth group. He is survived by his mother, Bently McKinsey, four siblings, Bridget McKinsey, Brian McKinsey, Lupe Chavez and DeVora McKinsey and his fiancée, Jodie Dugan.

His father preceded him in death. Robert was cremated. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 23rd, at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Community Church, 4300 SW Burlingame Road, Topeka.
