Robert Wayne Polk, 78, of Clover, SC, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018 at home. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Clover Freewill Baptist Church, 307 Valley Ave. , Clover, SC.

Interment will be in Lakeview Memory Gardens with Military Honors. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at the Church. Mr. Polk was born April 20, 1940 in Hillsboro, OH to the late Hullitt and Ruth Diven Polk.

He was a U. S. Army Veteran and was retired from the Clover Police Department. Survivors are his wife Carole Ann Pitzer Polk; daughters Mary Ruth Barnwell, Rhonda Elaine Polk all of Clover, SC; sister Ruth Joye Valentine and brother Garry Diven Polk both of Washington Courthouse, OH; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Clover Police Dept.
