ROBERT W. TRIMBATH Robert “Bob” Trimbath, age 93 of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018. He was formerly of Clarksville, Pennsylvania and born on February 5, 1925 in Crucible, Pennsylvania, one of two sons of Earl Francis and Iva Jane (Gallaher) Trimbath. Bob worked as an Electrician for General Motors Fisher Body Plant in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, retiring in 1989.

He was a member and Elder of the Wilson Presbyterian Church in the Wilson section of Clairton, Pennsylvania and a member of the Masons. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Robert Scott Trimbath and his brother, Earl B. Trimbath. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Wilma (Smith) Trimbath of Jefferson Hills; his daughter, Leslie (Alan) Danzey of Jefferson Hills and his 3 grandsons, Corey (Kelly) Danzey of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Alex (Katie) Danzey of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania and Tyler Danzey of Boston, Massachusetts.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 in the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 Route 51 (Large) Jefferson Hills from 2 – 7 PM. Bob’s funeral service will be held there on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 2 PM with pastor Ben Robinson of the Wilson Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment, with Military Honors, will be in Greene County Memorial Park Cemetery in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania.

His family suggests contributions to the Wilson Presbyterian Church Fourth and Locust Streets, Clairton, Pennsylvania 15025.
