She was the mother of Clinton Spencer and wife, Dee of Indianapolis, Indiana and Tommy Spencer and wife, Vicky of Corbin, Kentucky. Funeral services for Ms. Roberta Mae Spencer Newby will be private by request of the family followed by cremation.
