Obituary for Rodney Wayne Mitchell Rodney Wayne Mitchell, 65, left this world on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at 11:38 pm. Ginger Belanger, his girlfriend and constant companion, was by his side. Rodney left behind a sister Debra Whitfield (Jessie); their son, Jesse Jr. and daughter, Tammy.

Rodney had one daughter, Sandi Dominguez, and three grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, Doris and Edward Mitchell; brother, Dennis Mitchell; and sister, Connie. Rodney loved life and lived life like no tomorrow.

He loved to fish and ride his motorcycle. His hobby was making belts with leather; he loved being outdoors. Rodney was one of the most kind-hearted and courteous man I have ever known.

He loved his fur baby, a husky named Stormie Brees. He loved how awesome she responded to him outside, playing and fishing on the bank; catching brim and perch. Online condolences can be given at www.
