He was born Tuesday, August 5, 1975, son of Juan Antonio Perez and the late Juanita Galvan Perez. Rolando is preceded in death by his mother and brother Juan Perez.

He is survived by his wife, Francisca Silva Perez; sons, Edgar Silva, Rolando Perez, Jr.; step-son, Edgar Chirinos; daughters, Ashley, Abigail, Kimberly and Juanita E. Perez; father, Juan Antonio Perez; step-mother, Carmen Perez; sister, Elisa Perez; brother, Tony O. Perez, and half- brother, Alex Herman Oseguera. Visitation will be held at Duddlesten Funeral Home on Sunday, October 21, 2018, followed by a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Duddlesten Funeral Home, 604 W Hidalgo Ave. , Raymondvile, Texas.
