Romalies Maurice Jones, Sr. April 13, 1955 – December 25, 2018 Romalies Maurice Jones, Sr. departed this life at his residence on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at the age of 63. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Avondale, LA. Romalies was a merchant seamen with Seafarers International Union.

Devoted father of Romalies Jones, Jr., An’Janae Jones, and Melissa Collins. Son of the late Roy, Sr. and Gloria D. Jones. Brother of Royal Archie Jones, Jr., Earl Simmons, Constance Carter, and Erica Jones.

Former husband of Connie Jones, also survived by 4 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be private. Arrangements by Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA.
