Ronald A. Mears, 68, of Greensburg, died Wednesday, January 30, 2019 in Westmoreland Manor. He was born May 6, 1950 in Greensburg, a son of Kathryn (Himmelwright) Mears, of Greensburg and the late Claude B. Mears. Prior to retirement he had been employed by the U.S. Steel Mill, Duquesne.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Timothy Mears, Tina Mears, and Wendy St. Hilaire and husband Dr. Nicholas St. Hilaire, all of Florida; his grandson, Oderick St. Hilaire; his brother, Claude J. Mears and wife Sandra; his sister, Charlotte “Cher” King and husband David, all of Greensburg; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Friday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC.

, 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. A funeral service will begin at 10:30 AM Saturday in the funeral home with the Rev. James F. Llewellyn officiating.

Interment will follow in Hillview Cemetery, Greensburg. www.
