Ronald Dean Brinkley, Jr., 44, of Springfield, passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center. Ronald was born on September 23, 1974 in Springfield the son of Ronald Dean Brinkley Sr. and Catherine Gureski. Ronald worked in construction as a roofer.

He enjoyed cooking, listening to music, bike riding, bargain hunting and he loved animals. He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents; and an uncle. He is survived by his mother, Catherine Brinkley of Springfield; two sisters, Amber K. Brinkley of TX and Angel M. Brinkley of Springfield; four aunts, Debbie Gureski of MO, Carolyn Scinette of Raymond, Pam Gureski of Highland and Diane Cherry of Springfield; and several nieces, nephews and cousins including, Jeremy Lee, Gunner Dean and Waylan Brinkley.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home with Reverend John Eddy officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
