Ronald Lynn “Ronnie” Bullard, 71 of Sanford passed away Wednesday November 21, 2018, with his family by his side. Ronald was born on July 3, 1947 in Lee County, NC to the late John Wilton Bullard and Ethyleen Baker Bullard. He was a veteran of his country and served in the United States Air Force.

Ronald was the retired owner and operator of Bullard Land & Timber Service. He loved music, was an avid Tarheel fan and enjoyed spending time with his friends and meeting them every day at the Fairview Dairy Bar and Hardees for breakfast. Ronald was a collector of antiques, enjoyed the Mary Stewart Show and Hee Haw every Sunday night.

He also enjoyed Carolina Beach Music and shag dancing. He is survived by three daughters, Dana Bullard Eldridge and husband Matt of Sanford, Renee Bullard Liles of Sanford, and Rhonda Bullard Cameron and husband George of Broadway; two brothers, Tony Bullard and wife Diane, and Tim Bullard and wife Sue all of Sanford; sister in law, Betty Bullard of Sanford; five grandchildren, Hunter Eldridge, Sawyer Eldridge, Lily Liles, Megan Cameron, and Brooke Cameron; two great grandchildren; In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Bullard. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00pm Friday prior to the funeral service.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm Friday at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Royce Baker officiating. Burial will follow at Grace Chapel Cemetery.
