Obituary for Roscoe Dean Taylor Jr. Roscoe Dean Taylor Jr, 91 of Upper Montclair and Clifton passed away on June 6, 2018. Roscoe graduated Montclair HS and Stevens Institute of Technology as a Mechanical Engineer. He was US Navy veteran of WWII and a Professional Engineer in the State of NJ.

He was an Associate Technical Director with the Walter Kidde Co in Belleville for many years and a Supervising Engineer with the NJ Board of Public Utilities retiring in 1988. He was predeceased by his sister Ann E. Taylor. He belonged to Sigma NU Fraternity, NNK Mineral Society, National and NJ Society of Prof.
