Krueger, age 70, a resident of Manitowoc, passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay. Rose was born on July 9, 1948 in Manitowoc to the late Leroy and Lucille (Smongeski) Richmond. She had worked at Paragon as a welder for 25 years.

On April 23, 2005, Rose married Jimmie Krueger at The Salvation Army in Manitowoc. Rose was an active volunteer for the Salvation Army. Survivors include Rose’s husband, Jimmie; son, Gregory Richmond; step-daughter, Crystal (Tracy) Thomas; two sisters, Marie and Barbara; brother, Jim; special friends, Danielle, Sarah, and Bobby; also nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Lucille Richmond; and brother, Mike. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at The Salvation Army, 415 North 6th Street, Manitowoc with Lt. Jenny Moffitt officiating.

A luncheon will immediately follow at The Salvation Army. Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel with burial of Rose’s cremated remains to be at Evergreen Cemetery at a later date. The family will greet relatives and friends at The Salvation Army on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11 a.m. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.
