Rose C. Valle, 99, of Wintersville died Thursday, July 12, 2018 at her home. She was born July 28, 1918 in Bangor, PA. She is the daughter of the late Steve and Angeline Natalazio Ruggiero.

She is also preceded in death by her husband Mario Valle; daughter Rita Tverbut; five sisters Kay, Jay, Mary, Nettie and Angie; three brothers Phil, Steve and Joe. Rose was the owner and operator of Rose’s Hair Salon. She was also a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Surviving are her son Robert “Rudy” (Connie) Valle of Wintersville; Son in law, Joe Tverbut, three grandchildren Robbie Valle, Carla (Jeff) Wickham, and Joe Tverbut. Four great grandchildren. Calling hours will be Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd.

, Steubenville. A funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Fr. Michael Gossett will celebrate.

Entombment will follow in Fort Steuben Burial Estates. A vigil service will be Monday at 4 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 1521 Bantam Ridge Rd.
