OBITUARY Rose Lee Blackburn August 16, 1930 – October 6, 2018 Rose Lee Blackburn, age 88, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2018. Born in Houston, Texas, she was a loving, mother and grandmother who enjoyed her home and working in her yard. She retired from K-Mart after many years of service and then from Aldine Independent School District.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Glennis Ray Blackburn. Survived by daughters, Shirley Copeland and husband Charles and Maritha Phillips and husband John; grandchildren, Michael Shane Copeland and wife Trisha, Johnathan Ray Blackburn, and Siara Nicole Blacburn; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, October 15, 2018 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, Texas 77060.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 16, 2018 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
