Rose Mary Madison of Columbia, MD passed away May 1, 2018 at the age of 78. She was born in 1940 to Robert Lefever and Molly Sherman and was raised in Laurel. Rose graduated from Laurel High School in 1958.

She loved spending time with her two daughters and granddaughter. Her hobbies included crocheting, cross stitch and needle point. She was active in her church, the First Baptist Church of Savage and was a big fan of the Baltimore Orioles.

She is survived by her daughter Tina of Laurel, granddaughter and son-in-law Steven and Amy Reis of Crownsville. Brothers: Larry and wife Donna Lefever of Sharpsburg, Ernest and wife Irene Lefever of Laurel, Robert and wife Linda Lefever of Berkeley Springs, Jerry and wife Lisa Lefever of Frederick, and Michael Lefever of Grantsville. Sisters: Arlene and husband John Rodgers of Martinsburg, Roberta Lefever of Waldorf, Molly Jean and husband Thomas Baublitz of Laurel, and Lisa Harrison of Frederick.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Kathryn DuShole of Pasadena, MD and parents Robert and wife Molly Lefever of Laurel, MD. Visitation services will be Monday, May 7th from 7:00-9:00 pm and Tuesday, May 8th from 10:00-11:00 am. Funeral service will be Tuesday at 11:00 am at Donaldson Funeral Home.
