ROSE M. PAGE EDINGER, 85, of Parker, formerly of St. Petersburg, passed away Tuesday morning (11-27-18) at Parker Personal Care Home following a period of declining health. Born in Foxburg, Clarion Co. on Nov. 3, 1933, she was the daughter of the late James and Annabelle Grazier Page.

Protestant by faith, she was a longtime member of the Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion Post 636. She and her late husband Ralph owned and operated the Pines Inn from 1976 to 1983, where she made many lifelong friends. Rose was an avid reader, enjoyed working with puzzles, and completing cross-word puzzles.

Surviving are three sons: Richard W. Galena of Carlisle, Pa. , Michael J. Edinger of Emlenton, and Daniel J. Edinger of St. Petersburg; three daughters: Cynthia (“Cyndi”) Laughlin and husband Tim of Bluff City, TN. , Leora (“Lee”) Hunnings of Williamston, SC.

, and Linda Overheim and husband Mitch of Foxburg; thirteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. Also surviving are three brothers and wives: Jack (Janet) Page of Bruin, William (Betty) Page of Foxburg, and David (Susan) Page of Emlenton; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Carl Edinger who passed away in October of 1989, three brothers: Donald, James, and Raymond “Buzz” Page, and sister-in-law Cleda Page.

Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Friday at H. Jack Buzard Funeral Home, 201 So. Wayne Ave. , Parker, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday.
