Rosemary Flanagan DiMaggio Rosemary Flanagan DiMaggio was born in Akron, Ohio November 26, 1925 and passed away peacefully on September 2, 2018. She was mother to Kathleen A. Laughlin of Charlotte, NC, Patti J. Poulsen, Las Vegas, NV, Charles I. Poulsen and his wife Vicky of Canal Fulton; step-son, Thomas A. DiMaggio of York, PA. ; grandmother to Christine A, Vogel, Erin K. Musgrave, Michael J. Poulsen and Andrew C. Poulsen; great-grandmother to Elena Bomfirm, Mark Bomfirm, Paul Vogel and Liam Poulsen; her devoted niece Laura Richard and many more nieces and nephews.

Rosemary graduated from St. Martha grade school and Sacred Heart Academy high school of Akron, Ohio. She was the first female branch manager for Akron Savings, also known as Transohio Savings. She was preceded in death by her husband Anthony J. DiMaggio, her parents, Bena and Francis X. Flanagan; sisters, Joan Ritty, Eileen Snyder, Kathleen McFarland, Helen Geig and her brothers, Francis Flanagan and Raymond Flanagan.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no calling hours. A mass will be offered in her name on December 28,2018 at St. Sebastian Catholic Church. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
