Obituary of Rosemary Bonk LITTLE FALLS – Rosemary Bonk, 93, of Little Falls passed away on Tuesday April 17, 2018. She was born on July 13, 1924 in Newark, NY, daughter of the late Charles and Mary Anne (Bannon) Cunningham and graduated from St. Johnsville High School. Her marriage to Chester S. “Chet” Bonk took place in 1948.

Mr. Bonk passed away December 24, 2007. Rosemary retired from the Housekeeping Department of Little Falls Hospital following 23 years of service. She was of the Catholic faith and attended Holy Family Parish, Little Falls.

Survivors include her children: Margaret “Peggy” Paparella and husband Donald of Little Falls, Anthony Bonk of Herkimer, Joann Weiner and husband Michael of Little Falls, Victoria “Vicki” Bagley and husband Randy of Sidney, NY, Mary Ladouceur of Little Falls, NY, Noreen Robbins of Selinsgrove, PA, and Robert “Chet” Bonk of Little Falls; grandchildren, Don Paparella and wife Heather, Andrea Capasso, Amy Taylor, Stephanie Bonk and fiancé Jason Colorito, Erin Estey and husband Justin, Cindy Camarata, Christopher Bagley, Jon Bagley, and Emily, Olivia, and Benjamin Robbins, great grandchildren, Ava Paparella, Anthony Capasso, Stephen Capasso, Jacob Colorito, Ethan and Evelyn Estey, Carley, Nicholas and Ciearra Camaratta, a brother James Cunningham of Culpepper, Virginia, a sister-in-law, Lucy Cunningham as well as nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two sons: Stanley and Michael Bonk, two sisters, Margaret Polidori and Betty Kraft and her brother William Cunningham. Rosemary was an avid seamstress and enjoyed gardening and reading.

She will be missed by her family. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday April 24, 2018 at 10:30 AM at The Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 West Monroe Street in Little Falls, NY and at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Parish Church, corner of E. Main and John Streets, Little Falls where her Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, town of Herkimer.

Calling hours at the funeral home, are on Monday April 23rd from 4-7 p.m. Donations in memory of Rosemary may be considered to Holy Family Parish. A special thank you goes to Alicia Villegas for her dedicated and loving care of our mom. An online memorial page has been established at www.
