OBITUARY Roserita (Rose) Carter April 27, 1938 – September 30, 2018 Roserita (Rose) Carter, from Raytown, MO passed away on September 30, 2018, at Centerpoint hospital. A Graveside service will be held on October 8, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Memorial Contributions may be to Wayside Waifs www.

waysidewaifs.org . Rose was born on April 27, 1938 in Lansing, MI. She was married for 27 years to Bert, whom preceded her in death.

She has two children – Harry and Mary, 4 grandchildren, and a beloved dog Schatzi. Rose worked for Livestock Marketing Association for more than 20 years before retiring in 2009. She was an avid quilter and loved to read and cook.

Rose was preceded in death by her husband Bert Carter and her first husband Harry Lloyd Jr. Survivors include her children, Mary Downey and Harry Lloyd III, 4 grandchildren, Candace Downey, Erin Downey, Kaitlin Lloyd, and Josh Lloyd.
