Ross Aguilar, Jr. July 30, 1942 – February 19, 2019 Share this obituary View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences Ross Aguilar Jr. July 30, 1942 – February 19, 2019 Ross Aguilar Jr., 76, from Lompoc, California passed away on February 19, 2019 at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. Ross was born and raised in Lompoc to parents Ross Sr. and Francis Aguilar. He graduated in 1960 from Bishop Diego High School in Santa Barbara California.

After graduation Ross joined the United States Air Force in 1960 serving several tours in Vietnam. After 20 years of service he retired from the USAF in 1980. Ross next worked at the United States Postal Service Processing center in Santa Barbara as a Mail Handler from 1980 till his retirement in 2004.

From 2004 to 2009 Ross kept busy working private security as well as the US Census Bureau. After his retirement in 2009 Ross spent his final years enjoying the company of his children and grandchildren. Ross is survived by his three sons Ross III, Andy, and Eddie Aguilar, his two daughters Regina Bradburn and Deanna Frederickson, his ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Ross will be greatly missed by his friend and family. His light will live on through the love and teachings he shared with his family. A memorial celebration will be held at La Purisima Catholic Church 213 W Olive Ave, Lompoc, CA.
