Obituary for Ruth Eloise Little Ruth Eloise Queen Little, age 96, of Taylorsville left this world for her heavenly home on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at the Brian Center in Hickory. She was born February 13, 1922 in Burke County, the daughter of the late Joe and Sally Keever Queen. Ruth was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend to all.

While she was a homemaker and taking care of her family, she enjoyed working in her flowers, gardening, and canning. Ruth was a member at Beulah Baptist Church and had a special love for her family and church family. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Grady Litte; daughter Melody Little Butler; son Dale Little; sisters Faye Ennis and Francis Rockett; grandsons Joseph and Jeremie Conner.

Those remaining to cherish her memory include her son Daniel W. Conner and wife Edwina of Hurbert, NC; daughter-in-law Paula Little of Bethlehem; grandchildren Brandy Garza and Daniel Conner, Jr.; great-grandchildren Gabriel Garza, Daisy Conner, and Regan Conner; and nieces Ronda Deaton, Beverly Sulecki, and Shela Evell. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm at Alexander Funeral Service. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 1:00 pm with the Rev.
