OBITUARY Ruth J. Skrabacz January 19, 1928 – July 17, 2018 Ruth Jean Skrabacz (nee Robinson), born January 19, 1928, passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2018 in Swansea, IL. Ruth shared a love for dogs named Max and “dust collectors”. Ruth is preceded in death by parents, John and Ada Robinson; husband, Ted Skrabacz; sons, Michael Skrabacz; Tony Skrabacz; and Siblings, Larry; Christine; and Dorris.

Surviving family members includes daughter, Lisa (Frank) Papa; daugher-In-Law, Maureen Skrabacz; grandchildren, Megan (Jonathan) Gilbreth; Sarah (Steve) Casper; Jake Papa; John Skrabacz; great-grandchildren, Michael Emmett Gilbreth; Harper Gilbreth; Dottie Casper; and brother, John Robinson. Visitation for Ruth will be held 9 a.m., Tuesday July 24, 2018 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 411 Palmer Rd Columbia, IL 62236. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m., with Father Carl Scherrer officiating.
