Ruthan M Fields , February 23, 1956 — June 29, 2018

Ruthan M. Fields, 62, peacefully went home to be with the lord on Friday June 29, 2018 at University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born February 23, 1956 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Woodrow Mansfield and Geraldine Guy. Ruthan was retired from the University of Kentucky Medical Center where she had been the Cardiology Manager.

Ruthan was well involved in the community. She was Manager of Cove Haven Cemetery. She was a member of several clubs.

Fields, one & only granddaughter, Shayana Ruthan Fields, both of Lexington, sisters, Tracie (Edward) Hightower, Michigan, Leslie Robinson, Ohio, a special aunt, Helena Russell, and her other sister, Connie Duvall “Gladys”. Ruthan will be deeply missed and remembered by her beautiful smile, loving heart, caring arms, dedication, and most of all – her strength.

Visitation will be 11am-1pm, Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing, service will follow at 1pm.
