Obituary for Samantha Jo Novak Samantha Jo Novak, age 27, of Austin, died Thursday, July 5, 2018 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester. Funeral Services will be held 11 am on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Dennis Tamke officiating.
