Sandra’s Obituary Danville, NH: Sandra Ann (Putis) Brown, 78, of Danville, NH died on Thursday, March, 7, 2019, at Holy Family Hospital, Haverhill, MA, surrounded by her family. Born and raised in Haverhill, MA, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Virginia (Varrecchio) Putis. Sandra attended area schools and began working as a teenager in Haverhill’s shoe manufacturing industry where she worked until her retirement.

Sandra loved to knit, solve puzzles in puzzle books and read books by the author of her same name, Sandra Brown. She also enjoyed playing cards and bowling in the leagues at Academy Lanes. But most of all, she got great joy from spending time with her family and taking trips with them to Quechee Gorge in Vermont, spending summers at Plum Island, and craft shopping.

The widow of the late Charles H. Brown, Sandra will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sons, Charles H. Brown, Jr., of Danville, NH, Richard S. Brown and his fiancé, Lisa Hathaway of Raymond, NH, daughter, Debbie Goutier and her husband, Bruce of Newton, NH, brother, Walter Putis and his wife Kathleen of New Durham, NH, sisters, Theresa Latina of Hampton, NH, Elaine Gonzalez and her husband, Victor of Seabrook, NH, grandchildren, Bruce, Jr. and Jason Goutier, Joshua and Arielle Brown and great-grandchild, Cole Goutier. There will be no calling hours. Burial will take place in the spring at Center Cemetery, Danville, NH.
