OBITUARY Sandra Kay Bratschi November 25, 1942 – November 17, 2018 Sandra Kay Bratschi, 75 of Traverse City, died Saturday, November 17th, 2018 at Munson Medical Center. Sandra was born on November 25, 1942 in Highland Park-Wayne County, the daughter of Charles and Catherine (Sowers) Magee. She graduated in 1961 from Traverse City High School.

Where she met and married Lawrence H. Flynn, and had three children. In 1978 Sandra married Steven M. Bratschi, and had a son. Sandra worked as a nurses aide at Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility in Bellaire MI for some 10 years.

Sandra was a devoted mother and housewife. She enjoyed reading, cross stitching, knitting, puzzles and her soap operas. She will be greatly missed by her family & friends.

Sandra is survived by her children, , Lawrence (Christine) Flynn of Traverse City, Patricia Donahue of Saginaw, Tammy Sundberg of Grand Rapids and Steven Bratschi of Traverse City; five grandchildren, Brett, Ben, Garry, Courtney and Casey; three great-grandchildren, Saige, Ezra and Lilia; her siblings, Randy Magee, Charlene D’Hondt, Terry Worthington, Kathy Groll, Sherry Eubanks and Penny Quota; Inlaws, Greg (Jenny) Bratschi, Bruce (Ellen) Bratschi; Lois Bratschi; several nieces and nephews; and her life long friend Mary Ann ton. Sandra was preceded in death by her beloved husband Steve; Father Charles, Mother Catherine and two brothers; Charles and Duane. A celebration of Sandra’s life will be held at Covell Funeral Home in Traverse City on Wednesday November 28th at 1:00 pm with family greeting friends at noon.

The family would like memorial donations made in Sandra’s name to be directed to Special Olympics, Area 2.
