Sandra L. Famulare, age 76 of Bellevue, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2019 at the Bellevue Care Center. Sandra was born March 24, 1943 in Continental, Ohio the daughter of the late Pete and Faye Benninghoff (Forney). Sandra is survived by her two children: Scott Famulare of Bellevue and Lee Ann Shaver of Bellevue; four grandchildren: Hanna Famulare, Autumn Skye Famulare, Kelsey Shaver, and Maggie Shaver; three great-grandchildren: Aubrey Mira, Christian Joseph Mira, and Bryce Shaver; and a brother, Greg Benninghoff of Sandusky.

In addition to her parents, Sandra is preceded in death by her sister, Pam Logan. A memorial graveside service will be announced at a later date. Memorial donations may be made in Sandra’s honor to Heartland Hospice, 907 W State St A, Fremont, OH 43420.
