Sandra Lee Henry, 79, formerly of Hummelstown passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Spring Creek Manor, Harrisburg. Born in Royalton on the 9th month, 9th day, 9th hour, 9 pounds, 9 ounces in 1939, her favorite number was nine. Raised in Hummelstown, Sandy loved to watch television and play bingo.

She always talked about her mom, brother, Doctor Wallace and his horse. Sandy met friends wherever she went and her favorite singer was Gene Autry. She was preceded in death by her grandmother and grandfather Lydia and Harry Henry of Royalton, mother Ida Catherine (West) Henry Fallinger of Hummelstown, father Herbert H. Henry of Royalton, step father Randolph Fallinger of Middletown and uncle Charles Fred West of Hummelstown.

Surviving relatives are brother Herbert M. Henry of New Providence; niece Holly Henry of Mechanicsburg; nephew Herbert M. Henry of Mechanicsburg; brothers Herbert H. Henry of Mechanicsburg and Robert A. Henry of Harrisburg; sister-in-law Harriet Smeltzer of Dover; and great nieces and nephews Herby Henry, Heather Henry, Kayla Henry, Kambria Clark and Aniston Clark all of Mechanicsburg. A viewing will be held 1:00 – 2:00 PM Monday, December 17, 2018 at Buse Funeral Home, 2 East Main Street, Hummelstown followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Interment will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg.
