Obituary for Sandra “Sandy” Sue Rose Sandra S. “Sandy” Rose, age 63, passed away Monday, May 21, 2018 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on October 1, 1954 in Muskegon to Norman and Virginia (Peterson) Smith, and resided in the Muskegon area all her life. Sandy attended Fellowship Reformed Church, and worked at State Farm Insurance for 17 years.

She enjoyed yard work and gardening, shopping and her dogs, but most of all her nine grandchildren. On August 16, 1986, she married Todd Rose, and he survives her along with 2 daughters, Heidi (Jeff) Rigby and their children, Kaiden, Lilly, Madison, Easton, and Degan; and Becky (Rick) Sykes and their children, Zachary, Connor, Abigail, and Kaitlyn; brother, Bruce (Diana) Smith; and sister, Norma (Andy) Patrick. Sandy was preceded in death by her daughter, Kristi Jane Langlois; and her parents.

MEMORIAL SERVICES for Sandy will be 5PM Friday, June 1, 2018 at Fellowship Reformed Church (4200 E. Apple Ave) with Pastor Mike VanKampen officiating. VISITATION with the family will be from 3:30-5PM prior to the service at church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Harbor Hospice Foundation or American Cancer Society will be appreciated.
