Santa Omeste, 92 of Annadale, formerely of Brooklyn passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2019, at Eger Health Care & Rehab. Center surrounded by her loving family. Born Wednesday, August 11, 1926 in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of the late Matteo Pulizzi and Josephine Caruso Pulizzi.

Santa enjoyed spending her time at the casino, where she liked to gamble or the senior center where she could be found playing bingo and being a social butterfly. She also loved spending time with her friends and family. Santa was the wife to late Joseph, cherished mother to Joseph Omeste and Joanie, dear mother in law of Nina and devoted grandmother to Joseph and Nicholas.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at John Vincent Scalia Home for Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, New York. A Funeral service will be at 10:30 AM on Wednesday at John Vincent Scalia Home for Funerals, Inc. located at 28 Eltingville Blvd Staten Island, New York 10312. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
