OBITUARY Sara Madden May 20, 1963 – October 14, 2018 Sara Madden Greenville – Sara Yawn Madden, 55, wife of James Franklin Madden, passed from this life on Sunday October 14, 2018. Sara was born in Dodge County, GA, daughter of the late Paul Allen and Doris Brooks Yawn. She was co-owner along with her husband of a wholesale/retail business and also worked with Backwoods Auction in Pelzer.

Survivors include her husband of 13 years, James F. Madden, daughter, Lindsey Cone of Travelers Rest and son, Justin Cone of Columbia; step son Michael Madden and step daughter Lisa Swords both of Liberty. Also surviving are brothers Paul Ricky Yawn of Greenville, Todd Lee Yawn of Moore, and Calvin John Yawn of Columbia. Grandchildren include London Lane, Connor Swards, Kiley Flynn, Priscilla Flynn, and Mark Waters.

A memorial service will be held 6:30 PM Thursday October 18, 2018 at Backwoods Auction, 10290 Augusta Road, Pelzer, SC. The family will greet friends following the service. Memorials may be made to The Shriners Hospital for Children, 950 W Faris Rd, Greenville, SC 29605.
