Sarah Grace Poole, 99, of Greensburg, died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2018, in RNC at Greater Pittsburgh, Hempfield Township. She was born Oct.

8, 1919, in Pleasant Unity, a daughter of the late George Dewey and Anna (Blank) Palmer. Prior to retirement, she worked at the Sheraton Inn and also at Valley Green Golf Course, both in Greensburg. Grace loved to play bingo and was the kindest woman who always asked about her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Cora Mae O’Bryan; her brother, Kenneth Ray Palmer; and a granddaughter, Dawn Marie. She is survived by her daughter, Virginia O’Malley and husband Patrick, of Pleasant Unity; her son, Bryan W. Trice and wife Regina “Jean,” of Mt. Pleasant Township; six grandsons; several great- and great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Betty Jean Bitz of Latrobe; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC. , 2072 Route 130, Pleasant Unity, where funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday. Interment will follow in Hillview Cemetery, Hempfield Township.
