Sarah L. Opaluch 91 formerly of Jeannette died Sunday September 16, 2018 in Westmoreland Manor. She was born February 3, 1927 in Manor a daughter of the late Howard and Mary (Otto) Goodman. She enjoyed bingo and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Andrew J. Opaluch, five brothers Paul, Frederick, Harold, Lester (Don) and Karl and two sisters Genevieve Goodman and Dorothy Deuel. She is survived by two daughters Mary Ellen Opaluch and boyfriend Jerry Higgins of Greensburg and Andrea Taggart and her husband Robert of Green Bank WV, numerous nieces and nephews and her beloved dog Corky. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc. 201 N. First St. Jeannette.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:30 AM in the funeral home with Chaplain Don Hezlep officiating. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. The family would like to thank Bridges Hospice and Westmoreland Manor A3 for the compassionate care they provided.
