Sarah’s Obituary Sarah Jane Belanger Pierre, age 65 passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 1:03 p.m. She was a native and resident of Houma, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. on Friday, February 8, 2019 beginning at 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday, February 9, 2019 beginning at 8:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church with burial following in church cemetery. Sarah is survived by her husband of 47 years, Adam “Pep” Linest Pierre, Sr.; son, Adam “Nook” L. Pierre, Jr. and wife, Brandi; daughter, Angela M. Pierre and partner, Adam Lodrigue, Sr; grandchildren , Kristen R. Pierre, and Madison R. Sellers.

Sarah is preceded in death by parents, Norman Joseph and Vienna Marie Boudreaux Belanger; Infant sister; and her beloved furbabies, Bebe, Bozo, Blaze, Midnight, Sheba, and Sugar. Sarah was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She enjoyed taking care of her pets, knitting, crafting, fishing, reading, playing bingo, and spending time with family and friends.

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Chauvin Funeral Home is honored to serve the Pierre family.
