Sarah Maness Selman, age 85, of Goodlettsville, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2019 at NHC Healthcare in Springfield. No services are planned at this time. Ms. Selman was born January 19, 1934 in Houston, TX to the late Roy and Hazel Palmer Maness.

She retired from Harris County Flood Control District Citizens Service in 1996. Ms. Selman is survived by her son, Paul (Lila) Selman of West Columbia, TX; daughters, Sally (Dr. Wayne Swilley) Zipp of Goodlettsville, Milly Selman of Nashville and Laura (Kevin) Romine of Jefferson, TX; and grandchildren, John Paul Taylor, Michael Brent Taylor, William Selman, Christopher Schutz, Dani Gardner, Alysha Coddington and James Ray. Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield is in charge of these arrangements.
