Carl Timothy “Timmy” Bannister, age 53, of Clarksville, Tennessee, died Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View, Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 2:00 PM with Bro. Scott Davis officiating.

His remains will be cremated following the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, February 2, 2019 from 10:00AM until the hour of service at 2:00PM. Timmy was born on April 12, 1965 in Nashville, Tennessee to Lucille Dowlen Bannister and the late Carl Bannister.

He was a construction worker, loved his family, and was a Christian. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by an infant grandchild. In addition to his mother he is survived by his soul mate, Tammy Keyes; son, Wade (Paula) Moore; daughters, Sonya (Mike) Kalany, Melissa (Joseph) Morgan, Kayla Bannister, and Brittney Bannister; brothers, Dewayne (Melissa) Bannister and Donny (Kim) Bannister; sister, Tina (Shannon) Pendergraft; eight grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
