Age 95 of Madison passed away Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Hartsville Convalescent Center. She was born August 10, 1923 in Sumner COunty, TN to Edgar Franklin & Ola T. Perdue Eubanks. She was of the Baptist faith and spent her life praying and ministering to others.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joe Butt. She is survived by special cousins, Joyce Gregory, Springfield, TN, Jan Alley (Roger) Portland, TN, Jennifer (Wayland) Cothron, and Sharon Linville (William Henley) both of Hartsville, TN. Graveside service is scheduled for Sunday, March 17, 2019 at 4pm in Restlawn Memory Gardens in Franklin, KY.
