John Charles Keith, age 74 of Chapmansboro Tennessee, died Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View, Saturday, March 16, at 1:00 PM with Bro. Mark Smith officiating.

Burial will be on Monday, March 18, at 2:00 PM at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Nashville, Tennessee. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Saturday, March 16, from 11:00AM until the hour of service at 1:00PM.

Mr. Keith was born on December 17, 1944 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Edmond D. and Marian Turner Keith. He was in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a very proud combat veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a Christian.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Sheri Rochelle; and a sister, Sarah Katherine “Kitty” Keith. Mr. Keith is survived by his wife, Wilma Jean “Jeanie” Keith; sons, Kevin Rochelle, Scott (Shana) Keith, and Brian (Noelle) Keith; sisters, Martha Crosby, Charmie Woods, and Camille (Jerry) Naff; and grandchildren, Kade Rochelle, Presley Rochelle, Emerson Keith, Collins Keith, Tyler McKay, Meagan McKay, Jack Keith, and Rory Jane Keith.
