He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosetta Apa; parents, Frank and Josephine Apa; siblings,Tony Apa, Ann Sperto, Catherine (Kitty) Apa and Dolly Apa. He is survived by his daughter, JoAnn Apa Walker; granddaughter, Gina Marie Apa; brothers, Frank Apa, Louios Apa, Martin Apa and Michael Apa; great-grandchildren, Olivia Rose Messina and Thomas Joseph Messina.
