William Leonard “Bunny” Sircy, age 81, died on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at his home. He retired from Auburn Hosiery Mill as a Machinist and a member of the Pentecostal faith. Bunny was born on September 20, 1937 in Logan County, Kentucky to the late William Cordell and Irene Swallows Sircy.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wives, Eloise Winters Sircy and Evelyn Fay Wright; grandson, Jimmy Seabolt, Jr.; brothers, Jerry Sircy and Jimmy Sircy; sister, Joann Pitts; half-brother, Richard Sanford; son-in-law, Rick Hutcherson. Bunny is survived by a son, Bill Sircy of Portland, Tennessee; daughter, Bunnie Lynn Hutcherson of Springfield; brother, Joe Sircy of Springfield; grandchildren, Brandie Smith of Adairville, Kentucky, Maci Hutcherson of Springfield; great-grandchildren, Dakota Smith, Caleb Smith, Blake Binkley, and Brooklyn Binkley. A graveside service with military honors will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 10:00am in the Greenwood Cemetery in Adairville, Kentucky with Bro.

Toby Birdwell officiating. The family will visit with friends following the service. The family has requested that donations be made in Bunny’s honor to the American Cancer Society.
