Jerald “Jerry” Wayne Ridgley, age 71 of Pleasant View, Tennessee, died Monday, May 13th, 2019 at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville. Funeral services will be held at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View, Friday, May 17th, at 2:00PM with Bro. Jason Bell and Bro.

Brice Darnell officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Church cemetery in Ashland City with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Friday, May 17th from 12:00PM until the hour of service at 2:00PM. Mr. Ridgley was born on March 25, 1948 in Vincennes, Indiana to Kathleen Wells Harmon and the late Lloyd Jerald Ridgley. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the American Legion Post 286 in Orlando, Florida.

He was an avid woodworker and master leather craftsman and was a member of Mt. Zion Free Will Baptist Church. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Lorraine Ridgley; son, Dustin Ridgley; sister, Vickie Sue Davis; and one grandson, Zachary Doherty.
