Scott’s Obituary Mr. Scott Ballmer, a Dry Ridge resident, passed away at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, KY on Friday, March 15, 2019 at the age of 57. He was the husband of Kathy Bay Ballmer. Mr. Ballmer was a construction worker for Colwell Construction.

He loved to work on cars, to fish, hunt and was a Nascar fan. Most of all, he loved to spend time with his family and grandsons. In addition to his wife Kathy, Scott is survived by his mother, Patricia VanHorn Cubert (Charles) of Versailles, IN, father, Kermit Ballmer (Wanda) of Independence, KY, one son, Jason Ballmer (Bethany) of Durham, NC, one daughter, Sarah Burns (John) of Lexington, KY, two brothers, Dr. Mark E. Ballmer (Beth) of Zanesville, OH, Kevin W. Ballmer of Dillsboro, IN, one sister, Beth A. Harris (Melvin) of Sullfork, VA and three grandsons.

Scott was preceded in death by one son, Andrew Ballmer. Visitation will be Thursday, March 21, 2019 from 4-6pm at the Elliston – Stanley Funeral Home, 132 S. Main St., Crittenden, KY 41030. Funeral services will follow at 6pm with Dr. Mark Ballmer officiating services.

Burial will be announced later at the convenience of the family. Memorials are suggested to the funeral home.
